Processing Time: We ship
FedEx 2 day express. Processing refers to order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt, but it can take up to 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Orders do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with the tracking code to the email address you used to place the order.

Returns:
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns. Once the products leave our lab they cannot be returned. We must discard all returned products; we cannot resell them even if they are unopened.
